आज की दौड़ धूप से भरी जिन्दगी में हर इंसान का सपना है की उसका भी एक सपनों जैसा सुन्दर घर हो, जिसमे उसका हंसता खेलता परिवार जीवन की प्रत्येक खुशी का आनन्द ले सके। स्वयं का घर प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की मूलभूत आवश्यकता है। घर वह स्थान है जहां पारिवारिक प्रेम, सौहार्द्र और सुरक्षा की भावना विद्यमान होती है। इसी कारण हर व्यक्ति सपना होता है, उसके ऊपर उसकी अपनी एक छत जरूर हो।

 

घर केवल ईंट, सीमेन्ट व पत्थर से बनी संरचना नहीं है। घर परिवार के सदस्यों के बीच स्नेह एवं सम्बन्धों की संरचना है। जहां पर व्यक्ति स्वयं को सुरक्षित व अपनत्व से भरा महसूस करता है। घर में सुविधाऐं भले ही कम हो लेकिन प्रेम का वातावरण अवश्य होना चाहिए। घर वास्तव में स्वर्ग-नरक की प्रतिछाया है। घर में यदि शांति, प्रेम, सौहार्द है तो वह स्वर्ग है और यदि घर का वातावरण नकारात्मकता से भरा है तो वह नरक है। जिस घर में नकारात्मकता घुस जाती है वो घर नहीं, मकान हो जाता है।

 

हर आदमी धन कमाने की लालसा में दौड़ा चला जा रहा है, भविष्य के लिये लम्बी-चौड़ी योजनाएं बना रहा है और यदि उससे पूछा जाए कि – धन आप क्यों प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं? तो उसका जवाब होगा – धन आने पर मैं स्वयं का मकान बनाऊंगा अथवा अपने मकान को और अधिक सुन्दर और बड़ा बनाऊंगा, वाहन खरीदूंगा, आभूषण खरीदूंगा और आराम से रहूंगा।

 

आपका जवाब एकदम सही है, आपको जो शांति, आराम, सकून अपने घर में प्राप्त हो सकता है वह और कहीं हो भी नहीं सकता। हमारा खुद का भवन हो, जिसके स्वामी हम हों, पूरी उम्र यों ही दूसरों के मकान में गुजार देना, जीवन के आनन्द से वंचित ही तो रह जाना होता है। और यदि खुद का मकान तो है परन्तु उसका उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहे हों, या मकान का निर्माण अधूरा ही रह रहा है, निर्माणावस्था में ही पड़ा हो, तो भी घर का सुख प्राप्त नहीं हो रहा है।

 

और मात्र मकान का निर्माण कर देने से भी सुख की प्राप्ति नहीं होती है। उस मकान को जब तक घर नहीं बनाया जाता, उसमें वसुधा लक्ष्मी को स्थापित नहीं किया जाता, तब तक उस मकान को घर नहीं कहा जा सकता।

 

जैसा कि ज्यादातर गृहस्थ व्यक्तियों की यह कामना होती है कि – उनके स्वयं का अपना एक घर हो। स्वयं का घर, जो सभी सुख-सुविधाओं से परिपूर्ण हो, जिसमें असीम शांति हो, जिसमें परिवार के सदस्यों के बीच प्रेम हो, जिसमें सभी सदस्य स्वस्थ हों।

 

वास्तव में घर केवल बजरी, सीमेन्ट, पत्थर, लोहा, लकड़ी आदि से बनी आकृति नहीं होती है। घर का सीधा संबन्ध एक असीम शांति से जुड़ा है। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का अपने घर के साथ एक भावनात्मक सम्बन्ध होता है। उसका घर दस कमरों का हो अथवा एक कमरे का, उस घर से उसका सीधा-सम्बन्ध हो जाता है और गृहस्थ जीवन की पूर्णता का पर्याय ही स्वयं का अपना एक घर है। घर जहां उसे शांति का अनुभव हो, जहां वह अपने परिवार के साथ प्रेम और स्नेह से रह सके। जिसमें किसी प्रकार की आधि-व्याधि न हो।

 

गृहस्थ और घर

 

संसार में सबसे कठिन धर्म गृहस्थ धर्म है और गृहस्थ धर्म को निभाना है। गृहस्थ धर्म अनेक व्यवस्थाओं, बंधनों में जकड़ा हुआ अवश्य रहता है, लेकिन इसके साथ ही परमात्मा और प्रकृति की निरन्तर रचना, अभिवृद्धि गृहस्थ के माध्यम से ही संभव है। गृहस्थ के जीवन में पग-पग पर समस्याएं अवश्य आती हैं। उसके लिए जीवन का प्रत्येक दिन कुरुक्षेत्र के समान होता है। प्रत्येक गृहस्थ अपने जीवन में तीन इच्छाएं अवश्य रखता है। प्रथम; श्रेष्ठ पत्नी हो जिसे गृहलक्ष्मी कहा जाता है, दूसरी इच्छा यह रहती है कि उसका स्वयं का अपना घर हो और तीसरी इच्छा; श्रेष्ठ संतान हो। मनुष्य अपने स्वअर्जित धन से भूमि खरीदता है और उस पर अपना स्वयं का भवन, मकान बनाता है तो उसके मन में प्रसन्नता सहस्रगुणा हो जाती है। लोकोक्ति में कहा भी गया है कि – किराये के महल से खुद की झोंपड़ी अच्छी होती है।

 

घर और वसुधा लक्ष्मी

 

ये सारी बातें कभी विस्तार से, गहराई से सोच कर देखना कि हम धन से क्या-क्या खरीद सकते हैं और क्या-क्या नहीं खरीद सकते? निष्कर्ष निकलेगा कि धन से बहुत कम चीजें खरीदी जा सकती हैं और ज्यादातर सुख आनन्द धन से खरीदा नहीं जा सकता और जो चीज खरीदी नहीं जा सकती हैं, इसका तात्पर्य है कि मनुष्य में वह शक्ति नहीं है कि वह खरीदी हुई वस्तु का उपयोग या उपभोग कर सके। वह केवल संग्रह कर सकता है।

 

अर्थात् एक बात तो स्पष्ट है कि धन से भूमि खरीद सकते हैं, उस भूमि पर अपनी इच्छा से आकार देकर कुछ निर्माण कर सकते हैं। परन्तु उस भूमि उपभोग सुखद स्वरूप में करने के लिये उसमें अपने परिवार को बढ़ाने के लिये, उसमें शांति, प्रेम और स्नेह स्थापित करने के लिये वसुधा लक्ष्मी को स्थापित करना आवश्यक है। वसुधा लक्ष्मी अपने इस स्वरूप में साधक के ‘निर्माण’ को ‘घर’ का रूप प्रदान करती हैं।

 

प्रत्येक घर में वसुधा लक्ष्मी का निवास संभव है। इसके लिये साधक को नैतिक मूल्यों के प्रति आस्था और उसी के अनुकूल वातावरण बनाना पड़ता है, तभी वसुधा लक्ष्मी प्रसन्न होकर उस घर में वास करती हैं।

 

साधक अपने घर में ऐसे वातावरण का निर्माण करें, कि वसुधा लक्ष्मी खुद वहां आने के लिए बेताब हो जाए। किसी भी व्यक्ति को यदि सम्मान दिया जाय, उसका प्रेम पूर्वक स्वागत किया जाय, उसके मनोनुकूल व्यवहार किया जाय, तो वह अपना सर्वस्व समर्पित करता ही है। अतः साधक को यह जानना आवश्यक है, कि लक्ष्मी अपने वसुधा स्वरूप में कहां रहना पसंद करती है –

 

र्ीं जिस घर में मधुरता का वातावरण हो।
र्ीं जहां रहने वाले लोग मधुर और सत्य बोलने वाले हों।
र्ीं धर्म को मानने वाले तथा सदाचारी हों।
र्ीं घर में किसी प्रकार का कोई लड़ाई, झगड़ा या कलह की स्थिति उत्पन्न न होती हो।
र्ीं एक दूसरे का सम्मान करते हों।
र्ीं जिस घर के लोग अपने इष्ट या गुरु के प्रति श्रद्धावनत हों।
र्ीं जहां व्यक्ति सूर्योदय से पूर्व ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठकर ईश्‍वर का चिन्तन करता हो।
र्ीं जहां स्त्री, पुरुष का व घर के प्रत्येक सदस्य का सम्मान करती हो और पुरुष भी स्त्री के सम्मान और प्रतिष्ठा का हमेशा ध्यान रखता हो।
र्ीं जहां गुरु को ईश्‍वर-तुल्य मानकर पूजा होती हो।
र्ीं जहां घर में आये अतिथि का ईश्‍वर की तरह आदर सत्कार किया जाता हो।
र्ीं जहां आध्यात्मिक वातावरण हो।

 

शास्त्रों में घर के स्वरूप की व्याख्या बहुत विस्तृत रूप से बताई गई है। विभिन्न शास्त्रों में प्रमुख – ज्योतिष शास्त्र में भी इस पर विशेष दृष्टि रखी गई है। मानवीय जीवन के सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्‍न ‘स्वयं के मकान’ को लेकर ज्योतिष शास्त्र में भी विशेष विवेचन आया है।

 

मकान के बारे में ज्योतिषीय दृष्टि से विचार करते हैं कि – ग्रहों की स्थिति, ग्रहदशा किस प्रकार की होती है, कब जीवन में भूमि क्रय के योग बनते हैं और कब जीवन में भवन निर्माण के योग बनते हैं।

 

ज्योतिषीय दृष्टि से भूमि क्रय करने के योग

 

1. द्वितीयेश बुध उच्च का होकर पंचमभाव में स्वयं सूर्य के साथ स्थित हो तथा भाग्यभाव का स्वामी शनि दशम् भाव में स्थित हो तो इन्हीं ग्रहों की महादशा अन्तरदशा में भूमि क्रय होगा।
2. तुला लग्न में शनि और केतु स्थित हों, तथा मंगल उच्च का होकर चतुर्थ भाव में और बृहस्पति के साथ चन्द्रमा गजकेसरी योग बनाता हो तो शनि अथवा बृहस्पति और मंगल के संयोग के समय भूमि क्रय संभव है।
3. उच्च का राहु यदि कुण्डली में हो और द्वितीयेश, चतुर्थेश, भाग्येश प्रबल हो तो भूमि का क्रय संभव है।
4. उच्च का शुक्र और स्वयं राशि का शनि हो, द्वितीय भाव बलवान हो तो खेती अथवा बाग-बगीचे की भूमि खरीदना संभव होता है।
5. द्वितीय भाव में मेष का सूर्य और सूर्य के बारहवें तथा दूसरे भाव में चन्द्रमा, राहु और केतु के अतिरिक्त कोई ग्रह हो तो भूमि क्रय संभव होता है।
6. चतुर्थ भाव में बृहस्पति उच्च का होकर दशम भाव में और चन्द्रमा उच्च का होकर द्वितीय भाव में तथा सूर्य आय भाव में बुध के साथ हो तो श्रेष्ठ भूमि का स्वामित्व प्रदान करता है।
7. जन्म पत्रिका में उभयचरी योग, गजकेसरी योग के साथ हो तथा दो ग्रह उच्च के अथवा स्वयं-राशि के हो तो जातक भूमि खरीदने में अथवा उत्तराधिकार प्राप्त करने में सफल होता है।
8. लग्न में बुध और मंगल हो और उस पर बृहस्पति की पूर्ण दृष्टि हो तथा द्वितीयेश की पूर्ण दृष्टि भी ऐसे मंगल पर पड़ रही हो तो भूमि खरीदना संभव होता है।
9. द्वितीय भाव में उच्च का बृहस्पति, चन्द्रमा के साथ और भाग्य भाव में अपनी ही राशि का शनि, केतु के साथ हो। लग्न में बुध का अद्वितीय योग हो तो भूमि खरीदना संभव हो पाता है।

 

भवन निर्माण करने के योग –

 

1. द्वितीय भाव में स्व राशि अथवा उच्च का चन्द्रमा स्थित हो, उस पर बृहस्पति की पूर्ण दृष्टि हो, चतुर्थ भाव का स्वामी भी उच्च का होकर अथवा स्व राशि का होकर भाग्येश, लग्नेश और पंचमेश बलवान हो तभी भवन निर्माण संभव हो पाता है।
2. भवन निर्माण करने के लिये जन्म चक्र में केमद्रुम योग नहीं होना चाहिए अन्यथा मकान बनाकर के भी गंवाना अथवा बेचना पड़ जाता है।
3. जिसकी कुण्डली में शनि के द्वारा चन्द्रमा से अनफा सुनफा योग बनता है और उसके साथ ही दुर्धरा योग भी हो और शुक्र प्रबलकारक ग्रह हो तभी मकान निर्माण संभव होता है।
4. लग्नाधिपति, धनेश, आयेश, चतुर्थेश और भाग्येश के अनुकूलतम सहयोग और प्रबल कारकत्व में भवन निर्माण संभव होता है।
5. चन्द्रमा के तीसरे स्थान पर मंगल हो, मंगल से सातवें भाव में शनि हो, शनि के सातवें भाव में शुक्र हो और शुक्र के सातवें भाव में चन्द्रमा युक्त बृहस्पति हो अथवा चन्द्रमा से दृष्ट बृहस्पति हो, साथ ही महादशा भी अनुकूल हो तो व्यक्ति श्रेष्ठतम भवन निर्माण करता है।
भारत के श्रेष्ठतम महलों और मन्दिरों का निर्माण ऐसे ही समय में किया गया है।
6. यदि सूर्य से दूसरे भाव में बुध हो, बुध के ग्यारहवें भाव में चन्द्रमा और चन्द्रमा से पांचवें या नवें भाव में बृहस्पति हो, ऐसे समय में खरीदा गया अथवा बनाया गया मकान इतना शुभ होता है कि भवन-स्वामी उसके बाद मकान पर, मकान बनाता चला जाता है और उसे पीछे मुड़ कर कभी नहीं देखना पड़ता।
7. केन्द्र या त्रिकोण में चार ग्रह यदि उच्च के हों तथा केमद्रुम योग न हो तो भवन निर्माण संभव है।
8. दूसरे भाव का स्वामी बृहस्पति उच्च का होकर नवम भाव में स्थित हो तथा दशम स्थान का स्वामी बुध के साथ स्थित हो तो श्रेष्ठ भवन निर्माण होता है।
9. पंचम और नवम भाव के स्वामी केन्द्र में हो और उन पर बुध, चन्द्र, बृहस्पति की दृष्टि पड़ रही हो और कालसर्प योग न हो तो श्रेष्ठ भवन निर्माण होता है।
10. द्वितीय स्थान में उच्च का शुक्र हो और पंचम स्थान में उच्च का राहु, भाग्य भाव में उच्च का शनि हो तो श्रेष्ठतम भवन का निर्माण संभव होता हे।

 

ज्योतिष और भू-लक्ष्मी

 

वृहद् पराशर संहिता, जो कि ज्योतिषीय ज्ञान के सम्बन्ध में आधार भूत ग्रंथ है उस ग्रंथ में भवन और भूमि के सम्बन्ध में कई विशेष बातें कहीं गई हैं।

 

1. जातक की जन्म पत्रिका में लग्नेश द्वितीय, चतुर्थेश भाग्येश ग्रह बलवान हो तो व्यक्ति भूमि और भवन का अधिपति होता है।
2. धन भाव अर्थात् द्वितीय भाव का स्वामी ग्रहकारक ग्रह होकर यदि उच्च भाव का अथवा स्व राशि का स्थित हो तो व्यक्ति अपने जीवन में श्रेष्ठ भवन का स्वामी बनता है।
3. लग्नेश और भाग्येश का आपसी सम्बन्ध है और दोनों मित्र ग्रह हों तो भवन निर्माण की स्थिति बनती है।
4. सारांश यह है कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अपने जीवन में स्वयं का भवन निर्माण अथवा बना बनाया भवन क्रय करने हेतु निरन्तर प्रयत्नशील अवश्य रहें।
5. जो व्यक्ति नया भवन बनाते हैं उन्हें वास्तु शास्त्र का थोड़ा ध्यान रखते हुए निर्माण करना चाहिए, जो व्यक्ति बना बनाया भवन खरीदते है उन्हें गृह प्रवेश के समय वास्तु देव का विशेष पूजन, नवग्रह पूजन, गुरु पूजन, कुल देवता पूजन अवश्य ही सम्पन्न करना चाहिए।

 

प्रत्येक मनुष्य की प्रथम मनोकामना – उसका स्वयं का घर होना तथा उस घर में ऐसा वातावरण होना कि उसे वहां असीम शांति का अनुभव हो।

In today’s rat-race,  every person dreams about having a dream-home of his own, where his family can enjoy their life happily. Possessing our own home is a  basic requirement of everyone. Home is the center around which the feelings of  family love, harmony and security revolves. Therefore, every person dreams about having a roof of his own.

A home is not just a structure built with bricks, cement and stones. It is the center of affection and relationships between family members. It is a place where a person feels security and confidence. Modern facilities might be absent in a home,  but it should always be filled with an air of love.   The house is actually the reflection of heaven and hell. A home enveloped with peace, love and harmony symbolizes heaven on earth, whereas a home filled with negativity is the hell itself. When negativity enters a home, it does not remain as a home, it becomes a house.

Today, everyone is chasing the dream of wealth, and is busy in making grandiose plans for the future. If anyone gets asked about the reason to earn  money, the standard answer is to build a dream home, or to improve the current home, purchase vehicle, ornaments and live a comfortable life.

Your answer is absolutely correct. The peace, comfort and bliss which you can get in your home can not be found anywhere else. The hardest role in the world is the maintaining the family-household. And we have to definitely follow this role. The household is confined within many different types of systems, bonds and limitations, however, the continuous creation by Nature-Almighty is possible only through the medium of householder-family life. The family-life is full of problems at each step. He fights numerous battles daily. Every householder wishes for three core desires in his life. First: A splendid wife, who can be termed as Griha-Lakshmi. The second desire is to own a home of his own, and having excellent progeny is the third wish. The happiness multiplies when a person builds his own home with his own earned money. Even the proverb states- A Shack-hovel of own is much better than a palace on rent.

 

Home and Vasudha Lakshmi

Have we ever pondered  deeply, what we can buy with money and what we cannot.  We will realize we can purchase only a limited number of items with wealth. Most of our pleasures-joy cannot be bought with wealth.  This implies that humans lack the power to fully consume or utilize purchased items. They can only collect multiple items.

It is completely clear that you can buy a plot of  land with wealth, and can construct a building on it as per your wish. However it is extremely important to setup Vasudha-Lakshmi to derive pleasures from this land, to extend your family and to establish peace love and mutual affection.   • Where the inhabitants are fully devoted to their God or Guru
  • Where people get up in the  Brahma Muhurath before sunrise to pray to God
  • Where the women respect every member of the house, and the men always take care of the honor and dignity of the women.
  • Where Guru is worshipped as a God
  • Where a guest is  honored like God.
  • Where a spiritual environment is ever-present.

 

The scriptures have given a very detailed treatise on the nature of the home. It has been the core focus of many treatises, especially the astrological treatises. The astrology has detailed interpretations on this most important  topic of  human life – “Having own home”.

Let us look at the home from the astrological perspective – What are the ideal positions and movement of the planets, when do the appropriate planetary combinations develop to purchase property, and what planetary combinations lead to construction of home.

 

Astrological Yogas to purchase land

  1. If the Mercury of Second House is co-located with Sun in Fifth Place and the Lord of Fate, Saturn is situated in Tenth Place, then the land will be purchased in the MahadashaĀntardasha of these planets
  2. If both Saturn and Ketu are co-located in Libra-Lagna, and elevated Mars is located in Fourth Place, and both Moon and Jupiter create a Gajkesari Yoga, then purchase of land is possible in the combination of Saturn or Jupiter and Marṣ
  3. If elevated Rahu is present in the horoscope, and the Lord of  Second, Fourth and Fate  Place is exhalted, then it is becomes possible to purchase land.
  4. If elevated Venus and Saturn of same Rashi are present, and the Second Place is exhalted, then it is possible to purchase land  for cultivation or horticulture.
  5. The Sun of Aries in Second Place and no other planet apart from Moon, Rahu and Ketu in the Twelfth and Second Place of Sun; makes it possible to purchase land.
  6. The elevated Jupiter of Fourth Place in Tenth Place, an elevated Moon in Second Place, and Sun located in Income House along with Mercury, leads to ownership of excellent land.
  7. Presence of Ubhayachari Yoga along with Gajakesari Yoga in the horoscope, and two planets elevated or of same Rashi causes the person to succeed in land-purchase or inheritance.
  8. Presence of Mercury and Mars in Lagna, within full perspective of Jupiter, and the full perspective of Lord of Second Place is also on such a Mars, then it becomes possible to purchase land.
  9. Elevated Jupiter in Second Place, along with Moon,  Saturn of own Rashi in Fate House, along with Ketu and a unique combination of  elevated Mercury in Lagna, leads to possibility of purchase of land.

 

Astrological Yogas to construct a house

  1. Owner of same Rashi in Second Place or presence of elevated Moon, within full perspective of Jupiter, the Lord of Fourth Place also elevated, or of Same Rashi, along with  strong Lord of Fate, Lagna or Fifth House, causes possibility of construction of house.
  2. The Life-Cycle should not contain Kemdrum Yoga for constructing house, otherwise one may have to even lose or sell out the constructed house.
  3. Creation of Anga Sunfa Yoga in horoscope with Saturn through Moon, along with presence of Durdharaa Yoga, and strong Venus, will lead to construction of house.
  4. The house construction becomes possible through compatible support and strong elevation of Lord of Lagna, Wealth, Income, Fourth or Fate Houses.
  5. Presence of Mars on the Third Place from Moon, Saturn in Seventh Place from Mars, Venus is Seventh Place from Saturn and co-location of Moon and Jupiter in Seventh Place from Venus, or perspective of  Jupiter from Moon, along with compatible Mahadasha leads to construction of an excellent house.

The best palaces and temples of India have been constructed at such times.

  1. Presence of Mercury in Second Place from Sun, Moon in Eleventh Place of Mercury, and Jupiter in Fifth or Ninth Place of Moon is a significant planetary combination. A house built of constructed at such a time is so auspicious, that the owner keeps on constructing buildings from then on, and keeps on succeeding.
  2. If the four planets within the Centre or Triangle are elevated and Kemdrum Yoga is absent, then construction of house is possible.

  5. An elevated Venus in Second Place, and an elevated Rahu in Fifth Place , along with elevated Saturn in Fate House  will cause possibility of construction of a house.

The Vrihad Paraashar Sanhita, a foundational treatise of Astrology , has detailed many important points relating to land and house.

  1.  If the Lord of Lagna, Second, Fourth Fate House is strong, then the person definitely becomes owner of Land and House.
  2. If the Lord of Second Place i.e. Wealth House, becoming a main influencing planet, is  elevated or is located in  same Rashi, then the person becomes owner of an excellent house in his lifetime.
  3. If the Lord of Lagna  and Lord of Fate House are co-related and both are Friendly Planets, then the possibility of house construction is present.
  1. The summary is that every person should always keep endeavouring to either construct his own house or to purchase a constructed house.
  2. People constructing a new house should construct according to the rules of Vastu-Shastra. Persons purchasing a built-up property should certainly  perform special worship of Vastu-God, Navgrah-worship, Guru-worship and Kul-Dewata-worship during Grah-Pravesh (House-Entry ceremony)
