शिव चक्र सहस्रार शक्तिपात महादीक्षा

जब गुरु और शिष्य का मिलन होता है तो नेत्र शक्तिपात के साथ-साथ एक विशेष क्रिया जाग्रत होती है और उस क्रिया को अभिषेक कहा गया है। अभिषेक अर्थात् गुरु ज्ञान में अपने आपको आप्लावित करना और गुरु की शक्ति को अपने आज्ञा चक्र के माध्यम से ब्रह्मरन्ध्र में स्थापित करना।
वर्ष का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण गुरु शिष्य मिलन पर्व दादा गुरुदेव निखिलेश्‍वरान्द जी की ज्ञानभूमि, कर्म भूमि आरोग्यधाम के प्रांगण में जहां तीस वर्षों से यज्ञ, वेद, मंत्र, साधना का निरन्तर गुंजरण हो रहा है।

कठोपनिषद् में कहा गया है कि – प्रत्येक मनुष्य के सामने प्रेय और श्रेय दोनों भावनाएं आती हैं।
श्रेयश्‍च प्रेयश्‍च मनुष्यमेतस्तौ संपरीत्य विविनक्ति धीरः।
यह मनुष्य अधैर्य में तात्कालिक फल वाले प्रेय मार्ग की ओर चल पड़ते हैं और जो धीर पुरुष हैं वे श्रेय मार्ग का चयन करते हैं।
प्रेय से श्रेय मार्ग की यात्रा, अविद्या से विद्या की यह यात्रा सद्गुरु के सान्निध्य में ही सम्पन्न होती है।
सद्गुरु से मिलने के पश्‍चात् ही साधक अपने शिवत्व भाव को कुछ-कुछ जानने लगता है, पहचानने लगता है। सद्गुरु उसके मन में स्थित आनन्द रूपी बीज को अपनी शक्ति रूपी ऊर्वर खाद के द्वारा जाग्रत कर देते है और जब वह जाग्रति की अवस्था एक बार अनुभव हो जाती है तो शिष्य के मन में और अधिक आनन्द प्राप्ति की लालसा जाग्रत होती है और वह धीरे-धीरे अपने आपको गुरु के समक्ष पूर्ण समर्पण कर देता है। इस समर्पण प्रेम के साथ ही गुरु द्वारा जो क्रिया की जाती है, उसे शक्तिपात कहा जाता है।
सद्गुरुदेव कहते हैं कि – यह शरीर एक यज्ञशाला है और इस यज्ञशाला में जो समय-समय पर ज्ञान, कर्म, तप की आहुति डालता रहता है, उसके जीवन के मल-दोष समाप्त हो जाते हैं और यह क्रिया निरन्तर अविच्छिन्न रूप से चलती रहनी चाहिए अन्यथा वैसी ही स्थिति हो जाती है जिस प्रकार अग्नि के ऊपर राख पड़ने से अग्नि की ज्वाला, उसका तप, उसकी ऊष्मा समाप्त हो जाती है। गुरु के तीव्र प्रयास से यह जीवन यज्ञ रूपी अग्नि पुनः तीव्र और जाग्रत हो जाती है।
इस सृष्टि की मूल सत्ताएं तीन ही है – जिन्हें त्रि-रत्न कहा गया है। ये तीन सत्ताएं है – शिव, शक्ति और बिन्दु। शिव जीवन के अधिष्ठाता हैं और स्वयं सिद्ध शक्तिमान हैं। बिन्दु शरीर में स्थित कुण्डलिनी चक्र हैं और ये भी शिव द्वारा ही अधिष्ठित हैं और शक्ति ऊर्जा का वह भाव है जो शरीर में स्थित इन बिन्दु चक्रों को स्पर्श करती हुईं उन्हें अपने द्वारा प्रकाशित करती हुईं, चैतन्य करती हुईं सह्रसार में शिव के साथ मिल जाती हैं।
इसी कुण्डलिनी शक्ति का शिव से मिलन का अभिप्राय है शिव चक्र सहस्रार का भेदन,  जिसे महामाया, कुण्डलिनी शक्ति जागरण और चिदाकाश कहा गया है। एक ऐसे चक्र का शरीर में, मन में, चित्त में जाग्रत हो जाना जिसमें परम आनन्द हो। अपने शरीर के अमृत का अनुभव हो। हर समय शरीर शक्ति से ओत-प्रोत रहे। वह शक्ति शिव से ही रमण कर, शिव से मिलन कर प्रसन्न होती हैं और इसी प्रसन्नता को चेतना कहा जाता है। जिस सम्बन्ध में गुरुदेव द्वारा कहा गया परम चेतना मंत्र है –
ॐ ह्रीं मम प्राण देह रोम प्रतिरोम चैतन्य जाग्रय ह्रीं ॐ नमः।
शिव कौन?
शिव अलख निरन्जन है, शिव वह हैं जिनके ऊपर किसी और प्रकार का रंग नहीं चढ़ सकता। जो स्वयं अपने आप में ऊर्जास्रोत हैं और जो सबको ऊर्जा प्रदान करने वाले हैं वह शिव निर्दोष, पवित्र और निरंजन रूप में प्रत्येक साधक में, प्रत्येक प्राणी में स्थापित हैं लेकिन उस शिवत्व के भाव से हटकर प्राणी इस संसार चक्र में अपने को शक्तिविहीन पाता है। वह इस प्रकार से भटकता है जैसे बिना पतवार की नाव जो तीव्र लहरों युक्त समुद्र में ऊंची-नीची डौलती रहती है। उसे यह नहीं पता कि कब उसकी नाव उलट जाएगी और वह जल में डूब जाएगा।
यह बिना पतवार के अपनी जीवन नैय्या पर चलने का मार्ग भय का मार्ग है और इस भय में विषाद है, पीड़ा है और इस भय का मूल कारण अज्ञान ही है। इस भय का मूल कारण प्रेय मार्ग का चयन करना है, जिसे लालसा का मार्ग कहा गया है, जहां तात्कालिक प्राप्ति की सोच है।
जब गुरु, शिष्य के आग्रहवश उसे अपने आगोश में लेते हैं, अपनी शरण में लेते हैं तो वे उसे उसका स्वाभिमान प्रदान करते हैं। उसके हाथ में क्रिया रूपी पतवार प्रदान करते हैं जिससे वह जीवन सागर में अपनी नैय्या का खेवन स्वयं कर सके।
यह जीवन वास्तव में क्या है? इसका रहस्य किसी किसी को ही समझ में आता है और जो इस रहस्य को जान लेता है फिर वह पुनः उस मार्ग पर नहीं लौटता, जहां केवल इन्द्रिय इच्छा है। वह श्रेय मार्ग का पथिक बन जाता है उसे किसी भी प्रकार की कामनाएं ललचा नहीं सकती है। वह अपने भीतर ही उस शिव की विराट् सत्ता को अनुभव करते हुए स्वयं में ही परम आनन्द के साथ अपनी जीवन यात्रा करता है।
गुरु द्वारा यह तीव्र क्रिया ‘शिव चक्र सहस्रार शक्तिपात’ अमृत का प्रवाह है। वह अमृत जो सबमें है अवश्य लेकिन जिस अमृत का आस्वादन हर कोई कर नहीं पाता है।
आनन्दरूपम् अमृतं यद्विभाति
यह अमृत का आनन्द सर्वत्र है, सर्वविद् है, सब जगह विद्यमान है लेकिन मनुष्य स्वयं अपनी आत्मा के इस आनन्द को पहचानता नहीं है लेकिन कोई-कोई मनुष्य अपनी तपस्या द्वारा, ज्ञान मार्ग की यात्रा द्वारा अपने हृदय और मस्तिष्क के मनोमिलन द्वारा इस आत्मतत्व, आत्मवित्त, आत्मज्ञान और आत्म अमृत्व की स्थिति को प्राप्त कर लेता है। जिसमें वह हर समय चैतन्य होते हुए इस संसार के कार्य अवश्य करता है पर संसार के विषाद, संसार की पीड़ा उसे छू नहीं पाती है।
ठीक इसी प्रकार उसकी नाव संसार के खारे समुद्र में चलती अवश्य है लेकिन समुद्र का पानी उस नाव में नहीं भरता और वह अपनी यात्रा निशंक, कुशलता पूर्वक अपनी क्रिया द्वारा ही सम्पन्न करता है।
एक बार मैंने गुरुदेव से यह प्रश्‍न किया कि – गुरुदेव हर व्यक्ति इतना दुःखी क्यों है और इस दुःख से वह कैसे पार पा सकता है? क्या कोई ऐसा उपाय है, जिससे मनुष्य अपने जीवन के अमृत तत्व – सुगन्धि, पुष्टि, बल, वीर्य और ओज को प्राप्त कर सके।
गुरुदेव मेरा प्रश्‍न सुनकर मुस्कुराये और बोलें कि – पहले बताओं कि – तुम कौन हो? मैंने कहा कि – मैं आपका शिष्य हूं, सेवक हूं, क्रियाशील व्यक्ति हूं।
गुरु ने कहा कि – यह तो तुम्हारे रूप, रंग, नाम का वर्णन हुआ। वास्तव में तुम कौन हो?
मैं इस बात को समझा नहीं तब गुरुदेव ने कहा कि – तुम वही प्रश्‍न कर रहे हो जो मैत्रेयी ने याज्ञवल्क्य से किया था कि संसार में हम विविध कर्म किसके लिये कर रहे हैं? क्यों कर रहे हैं? क्या करना है और मेरी पहचान क्या है?
द्रष्टव्यः श्रोतव्यो मन्तव्यो निदिध्यासितव्यो मैत्रैय्यात्मनो।
हम सब अपनी आत्मा के सुख के लिये करते हैं।
जिस आत्मा के लिये यह सब प्रिय होता है, वही आत्मा ही तो द्रष्टव्य है, श्रोेतव्य है, मन्तव्य है, निदिध्यासितव्य है। उसी को देख, उसी को सुन, उसी को जान, उसी का ध्यान कर। आत्मा के ही देखने से, सुनने से, समझने से और जानने दुःख रूपी अज्ञान की सब गांठें खुल जाती हैं।
मेरे मस्तक पर गुरुदेव ने हाथ रखा और कहा कि – अपने नेत्र बंद कर लो और अपना ध्यान अपने शिव चक्र सहस्रार की ओर ले जाओ। कुछ क्षण तो मुझे आभास हुआ कि – गुरुदेव का हाथ मेरे मस्तक पर है। मेरे पूरे शरीर में एक विशेष प्रकार की सरसराहट दौड़ रही है। ऐसा लग रहा था कि – हजारों चीटियां मुझे काट रही है, मुझे कांटे चुभ रहे हैं, मैं पीड़ा से भर गया और फिर अचानक एकाएक मैं उस पीड़ा से मुक्त हो गया और मुझे ऐसा लगा कि – मेरे प्राण समाप्त हो रहे हैं, मेरे शरीर में से सारी शक्ति जा रही है, मैं उसी स्थान पर संज्ञा शून्य हो गया।
पता नहीं कितना काल बीत गया, मेरे मस्तक पर गुरुदेव के हाथ की चपत का अनुभव हुआ और मैं जागा, धीरे से आंखें खोलीं और आंखें उठाकर गुरुदेव की ओर देखा। गुरुदेव का हाथ अभी भी मेरे मस्तक पर था और मुझे ऐसा लगा कि – मेरे शरीर में प्रत्येक रोम-रोम से अमृत स्रावित हो रहा है। मैंने अपने आपको आनन्द से भरा हुआ पाया… और  गुरुदेव ने कहा – शास्त्री जी सो जाओं और धीरे-धीरे वे थपकी देने लगे जैसे एक शिशु को उसकी माता थपकी देती है। मैं एक शिशु की भांति तंद्रा में लीन हो गया।
गुरु शक्ति क्या होती है? शक्तिपात क्या होता है? शिव चक्र क्या होता है? कुण्डलिनी जागरण क्या होता है? इन सबका अनुभव मैंने अपने जीवन में प्रथम बार गुरु सान्निध्य में, गुरु चरणों में उस क्षण प्राप्त किया।
गुरुदेव ने कहा कि – तुम अपने ज्ञान को हटाकर अपने आपको एक शिशु की भांति समझो और जीवन में निरन्तर शिष्य भाव, सीखने के भाव में तत्पर रहो। तुम्हारे शरीर का यह शिव चक्र सदैव और सदैव तुम्हें परमानन्द प्रदान करता रहेगा।
यह शिव चक्र ही अमृत का यज्ञ कुण्ड है, हृदय स्थान है। यह वर्तुल रूप में महाचक्र है।
गुरु कृपा से ही जीवन निर्मल होता है। इस शरीर में रहते हुए भी शरीर के मोह भाव को त्यागकर परम ज्योति भाव को प्राप्त करते हैं और आत्मा का विशुद्ध रूप प्रकट होता है। वही आत्मिक आनन्द अमृत है, अभय है, ब्रह्म है, सत्य है।
केवल और केवल गुरु कृपा से ही इस ब्रह्म का, इस सत्य का, इस अभय भाव, अमृत भाव का जागरण होता है। गुरु द्वारा शक्तिपात एक ऐसी महान् क्रिया है। जिसमें शिष्य गुरु के समक्ष उनकी कृपा से दोष रहित हो जाता है। उसमें परम तृप्ति का अनुभव होता है।
गुरु की छाया, गुरु का वरद्हस्त ठीक उसी प्रकार है जैसे एक थके हारे पथिक को वटवृक्ष की गहरी छांव मिल जाए, पीने को जल प्राप्त हो जाए, पाथेय मिल जाए और वह चैन से विश्राम कर सके।
गुरु कृपा ही एक ऐसा विश्रान्ति का स्थान है जहां ताप से ग्रस्त साधक-शिष्य को परम शांति का अनुभव प्राप्त होता है।
संसार द्वारा दी हुई विष ज्वालाओं का दग्ध उसे निरन्तर और निरन्तर प्रताड़ित करता रहता है, उस विष की ज्वाला को समाप्त कर अमृत आप्लावित करने की क्रिया का नाम ही गुरु कृपा ‘शिव चक्र सहस्रार शक्तिपात’ है।
शिवः शक्त्या युक्तो यदि भवति शक्तः प्रभवितुम्
न चेदेवं देवः न खलु कुशलः स्पन्दितुमपि

शक्ति क्रिया तत्व है और शिव में जो ‘इ’ कार है, वह शक्ति का द्योतक है क्योंकि क्रिया के बिना सृष्टि की परिकल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती है। शिव का भाव शान्ति का भाव है, कल्याण का भाव है।
जहां शिव की भांति शान्त भाव हो और शक्ति की भांति उग्र क्रिया तत्व हो वहां एक चमत्कार होता है। जीवन के भौतिक, आध्यात्मिक पहलुओं में दृढ़ता आ जाती है। ज्ञान और समझ का स्तर परिवर्धित हो जाता है।
उसकी विचार-तरंगें शान्त हो जाती हैं, शून्य की भांति नया गढ़ने हेतु तत्पर। नया रचने के लिए पुराना तोड़ना पड़ता है। विधायक और विनाशक ऊर्जाएं जब तालमेल बिठाती हैं और निराकार रूप में शिव भुवनेश्‍वरी के साथ संयुक्त होकर सहस्रार में स्थापित होते हैं। इसके बाद आपका नव निर्माण होता है, एक नया इतिहास रचा जाता है क्योंकि आपमें सत्य प्रतिबिम्बित होता है- उस शिव का सत्य जो सुन्दरता का सृजन करता है।
सह नौ यशः
सह नौ ब्रह्मवर्चसम्
गुरु और शिष्य के संयोग के पीछे आदि काल से एक ही भाव है कि हम दोनों का ‘‘यश और ब्रह्मतेज’’ एक साथ बढ़े। इसलिए, शिष्य का यश और तेज जब क्षीण होता है उस समय गुरु का प्रेम उमड़ता है क्योंकि गुरु स्वयं निरंजन है।
और तब सद्गुरु शक्तिपात की महानतम् क्रिया आरम्भ होती है जिसके बाद कुण्डलिनी जागरण सम्पन्न होता है।

शिव रूप में आप योगी हैं और शंकर रूप में गृहस्थ। गृहस्थ और योग सेतु के दो छोर हैं, पर संयोग की क्रिया प्रखर तभी होती है जब गुरु और शिष्य का मिलन होता है। उस क्षण नेत्रों के मौन संवाद में, अंगुष्ठ के क्षणिक स्पर्श में कुण्डलिनी में चक्रों का भेदन आरम्भ होता है।
वर्षों के मेरे अनुनय विनय के बाद और अंसख्य साधकों की अनन्त प्रार्थनाओं पर हामी भरते हुए पूज्य सद्गुरुदेव पुनः ‘शिव चक्र सहस्रार महादीक्षा’ नववर्ष के परिप्रेक्ष्य में निखिल साधकों को प्रदान करने हेतु राजी हो गए हैं। पूर्वजन्म के पुण्य कर्म होते हैं, या फिर गुरु की असीम अनुकम्पा कि शिवचक्र शक्तिपात दीक्षा साधक ग्रहण कर सकें। हम सबमें स्थित शिव और शक्ति के मध्य मिलन का सूत्रपात ‘शिव चक्र सहस्रार महादीक्षा’ प्राप्ति के उपरान्त आरम्भ होता है। जन्म – जन्मांतरों में एक बार प्राप्त होने वाले इस सौभाग्य के क्षण से जीवन को उन्नत, समृद्ध और शान्त बनाने के लिए आरोग्यधाम में 28-29-30 दिसम्बर 2018 को अवश्य आएं।

Kathopanishad states that – The feelings of Love and Excellence confronts each human being.

Shreyasch Preyasch Manushyametastou Sampareetya Vivinakti DheeraH ||

The impatient take the route of temptations to get quick results, while the patiently wise choose the path of excellence.

The journey from love to excellence, from ignorance to wisdom, gets completed only in the presence of SadGurudev.

The Sadhak starts to recognize and comprehend the Shivatva element present within him.  SadGuru stimulates the joyous seed within his mind with His Divine energy. This divine Awakening experience creates a desire to seek more joy, and the disciple slowly surrenders himself completely to his Guru. The divine actions performed by Gurudev through this surrender-love is called Shaktipaat.

SadGuru guides that – this human body is like a yagya-fire, and the regular offering of knowledge, work-actions and prayers into this holy fire, results in complete elimination of defects-problems from the life. This offering should continue unabated regularly to continuously kindle this divine yagya-flame, otherwise the ashes will extinguish this divine flame, abating its intensity and energy. The intense actions of revered Gurudev enhance the passion and power of this holy flame of life.

There are only three basic powers in this creation –  called Tri-ratna. They are – Shiva, Shakti and Bindu (point). Lord Shiva is the Almighty Providence, and manifests divine energy. Bindu is represented by the Kundalini Shakti within the physical body, which has been also founded by Lord Shiva. Shakti is the divine energy which radiates out, touching these Bindu Chakras, energizes them, transcends upwards, and finally merges with Shiva in the Sahastraara.

The divine union of Kundalini Shakti with Shiva illustrates piercing of Shiva Chakra Sahastraara, and has been termed as Mahamaya, Awakening of Kundalini Shakti and Chidaakaash. This initiates activation of a  chakra brimming with divine-ecstasy,  within the body, mind and the soul. This divine experience makes you feel the presence of divine nectar within the body. The body is always energized with divine power. The Shakti experiences bliss upon merger with Shiva, and this joy is called consciousness. The Param Chetna Mantra elucidated by Gurudev illustrates this divine state of bliss –

Who is Shiva?

Shiva is the  Pure Supreme,  the ultimate Providence. He is the fundamental energy-source, and bestows energy to all beings in the celestial universe. This Shiva element exists in Its pure, immaculate Niranjan Supreme form within each being. However, every one tresses away  and degrades into a powerless state. A person wanders aimlessly like a rudderless boat, at the mercy of the worldly waves. His ignorance leads to keeling over and finally capsizing of his life-boat.

Fear encompasses each stage of this  rudderless journey of life. This fear is full of sadness and sorrow. Ignorance is the root cause of this fear. The primary cause of this fear is the choice of the temptation path, the route of seeking cravings and instant gratification.

When the Guru adopts a disciple and takes him into his wing, He bestows self-respect to him. He provides him the rudder of Actions, to enable him to row his own boat of life on his own terms.

What is life? Very few can understand this mystery of life. Anyone who comprehends this realization, detaches himself from sensual cravings. He adopts the path of excellence and disengages himself from temptations. He embarks on the supreme joyful journey of life experiencing the eternal power of Shiva within his own being.

Gurudev initiates this intense process “Shiva Chakra Sahastraara Shaktipaat“. This is the flow of divine nectar. The nectar, which is present in everyone, but nobody realizes it.

Anandaroopam Amritam Yadhdibhaati

This divine joy of nectar is omnipresent and exists  everywhere within the universe. However nobody realizes this universal ecstasy of the soul. Only some are tenacious enough to transcend the path of divine wisdom, using their penance to merge their heart and mind, to achieve this supreme state of consciousness, enlightenment, self-realization and immorality. Such people achieve supreme conscious and perform all tasks of this world, without being affected by any of worldly sufferings and sorrows.

His boat rows in vast salty ocean waters, but the water doesn’t leak into the boat. He drives his life journey efficiently without any disturbance.

Once I questioned Gurudev – Why is every person so sad in this world? How can he overcome this sadness? Is it possible for a person to achieve the elixir of his life – personality, health, strength, vitality and intensity?

Gurudev smiled upon listening to my query, and asked – First tell me – Who are you?

I replied that I am your disciple, your servant, full of dynamic energy.

Gurudev said that – This is mere description of your form, color and name. Who you really are?

I could not understand this. Then Gurudev disclosed that – You are asking the same question which Meitreyee had asked Yaagyavalkya that – For whom are we performing various actions in the world? Why are we doing them? What should we do? And who really am I?

DrashtavyaH Shrotavyo Mantavyo Nididhyaasitavyo Meitreyyaatmano |

Whatever we do, we do for the bliss of our soul.

The soul for whom we do everything, is ever visible, audible, comprehensible and meditatable. You should see it, listen to it, understand it and meditate on it. The pain of ignorance vanishes upon sight, voice, knowledge and realization of the soul.

Gurudev placed His hands on my head and said –  Close your eyes and take your attention towards your Shiva Chakra Sahastraara. I felt His hand on my head for a few moments.  A special type of rustling was occurring throughout my entire body. I felt simultaneous bite of thousands of ants and piercing of thousands of thorns in my body. The pain swelled within my mind. Suddenly, in a flash, the pain eased out, and I started to feel – ending of my life, draining out of entire energy from by body. I became completely still.

I do not know how much time passed in this state. I felt the touch of  Gurudev’s hand on my head and I woke up. I slowly opened my eyes and looked towards Gurudev.

His hands was still on my head and I experienced  divine nectar emanating out from every follicle of my body.

I  found myself filled with joy … and Gurudev said – Shastri ji go to sleep. He started patting me to sleep, like a mother. I went into deep slumber just like a baby.

What is the Power-Energy of Guru? What is Shaktipaat? What is Shiva Chakra? What is Kundalini Activation? This was the first time when I practically experienced all of these at that moment under the divine mentorship of Gurudev, in His divine feet.

Gurudev said that – You should forget all of your knowledge and consider yourself as an infant. You should always be ready to learn, to be a true disciple. This Shiva Chakra within your body will always bestow  you divine ecstasy for ever.

This Shiva Chakra is the Yagya Kund of the elixir, it is the main heart. It is the most magnificent circle.
