अपनों से अपनी बात…
प्रिय आत्मन्,

आशीर्वाद,

 

पर्व ही पर्व आ रहे हैं, नवरात्रि, विजयादशमी, दीपावली और कार्तिक पूर्णिमा सब कुछ एक के बाद एक क्रम में आपके समक्ष आ रहे हैं। आप बड़े उत्साह से इन पर्वों को सम्पन्न कीजिए, प्रसन्न होइये, और अपने मन में नए-नए समृद्धिकारक संकल्प लीजिए, पर्व मनाने से घर-परिवार में उत्साह का वातावरण रहता है और आपको यह संसार बड़ा ही प्यारा-प्यारा लगने लगता है। पर्वों को सम्पन्न कीजिये, पर्वों को साधनात्मक दृष्टिकोण से लेते हुए साधनाएं भी सम्पन्न कीजिये।

 

प्रयत्ना सफला सन्तु, सफला सन्तु मनोरथाः।

 

गुरु का यह आशीर्वाद हर समय आपको प्राप्त है।

 

प्रयत्न का अर्थ यही है कि – तुम्हारी कार्य के प्रति इच्छा, भाव, श्रद्धा हैं। तुम लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना चाहते हो और उस लक्ष्य सिद्धि का नाम ही जीवन यात्रा है। हम सब जीवन यात्रा के पथिक हैं और हम सबके मन में कामनाएं हैं और उन कामनाओं की पूर्ति तुम्हारी श्रद्धा के द्वारा ही पूर्ण होती है। शक्ति के प्रति तुम्हारी श्रद्धा है इसलिये बार-बार शक्ति का आह्वान करते हो। अपने ही बलबूते पर, अपनी ही हिम्मत और साहस से अपना लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना चाहते हो। शक्ति प्राप्त कर अपनी बाधाओं का शमन करना चाहते हो इसलिये तुम नवरात्रि में पूरे जोश-खरोश के साथ, जप-तप-व्रत और साधनाओं को भी उत्सव के रूप में सम्पन्न करते हो। जहां तुम्हारी श्रद्धा है, वहीं से ही प्रेरणा प्राप्त होती है। बिना श्रद्धा के प्रयत्न अधूरा है और जब प्रयत्न अधूरा हुआ तो सफलता कैसे मिलेगी? यह जो श्रद्धा है यह दैवीय शक्ति के प्रति समर्पण भी है और उस समर्पण के साथ मन में एक संकल्प और प्रेरणा का स्रोत भी है।

 

कार्य के प्रति श्रद्धा, शरीर के प्रति श्रद्धा, अपने विचार के प्रति श्रद्धा, अपने भाव के प्रति श्रद्धा, अपने इष्ट के प्रति श्रद्धा, अपने गुरु के प्रति श्रद्धा सारे के सारे भाव प्रेम के ही स्वरूप हैं। जहां प्रेम होता है वहीं श्रद्धा अंकुरित होती है और जब श्रद्धा अंकुरित होती है तो आपको जोश, उत्साह और उमंग प्रदान करती है क्योंकि तब आपका स्वयं पर विश्‍वास दृढ़ होता है।

 

कैसे हो जाती है श्रद्धा, क्यों हो जाती है श्रद्धा? क्यों है हमारी लक्ष्मी के प्रति आस्था, शक्ति के प्रति आस्था, शिव के प्रति आस्था, गुरु के प्रति आस्था? बस हो जाती है। कोई कारण नहीं। तुम्हारे मन में श्रद्धा, आस्था और साधना का भाव सोच समझकर नहीं आता। ऐसा नहीं हो सकता है कि तुमने श्रद्धा को बुलाया, अपने मन में बिठाया और वह आ गई, बैठ गई, कभी चली गई और कभी फिर आ गई। ऐसा नहीं होता है।

 

जब श्रद्धा आ जाती है तो बस आ जाती है। जिस प्रकार प्रेम हो जाता है, किया नहीं जाता है, उसी प्रकार श्रद्धा हो जाती है क्योंकि यह प्रेम का ही स्वरूप है। दूर रहने पर भी श्रद्धा टूट नहीं सकती है क्योंकि सम्बन्ध प्रेम का है। तुम जो भी साधना करते हो, प्रेम से करते हो और कई बार तुम्हारे प्रयत्न सफल नहीं होते हैं, कई बार जीवन में तुम्हें अपने काम का फल प्राप्त नहीं होता है और इस कारण आपका मन दुःखी भी होता है लेकिन श्रद्धा कभी नहीं टूटती है क्योंकि श्रद्धा और साधना मन का सबसे गहरा भाव है।

 

तुम अपने मन की पूर्ण गहराईयों के साथ प्रेम और श्रद्धा से दीपावली कल्प में साधना करो क्योंकि लक्ष्मी सिद्धि आवश्यक है, लक्ष्मी से ही जगत के व्यवहार संचालित होते है और तुम इस जगत में परिपूर्णता प्राप्त करना चाहते हो, इस संसार में प्रेम और सरसता का अनुभव करना चाहते हो, और यही तो तुम्हारे जीवन का लक्ष्य है और लक्ष्य की ओर निरन्तर और निरन्तर गतिशील होना ही लक्ष्मी सिद्धि है। निरन्तर प्रयासरत होना ही सिद्धि का मार्ग है, लक्ष्य का मार्ग है।

 

लक्ष्य क्या है? समाज में मेरा प्रभाव रहे, घर में सुख-समृद्धि हो, सबसे प्रेम भरा व्यवहार हो, यही तो लक्ष्य है और यह लक्ष्य है कि – शरीर के रोम-रोम में चैतन्यता रहे। यह चैतन्यता ही – जीवन्तता का दूसरा नाम है। जब शरीर और शक्ति जीवन के लक्ष्य बन जाते हैं, तो शरीर के साथ शक्ति बराबर संयुक्त रहती है, संयोजित रहती है। शक्ति उर्ध्वगामी होती है और जब शरीर उसका सहयोगी हो जाता है तो लक्ष्य सिद्धि और सफलता प्राप्त हो जाती है और यही मनोरथ सिद्धि का मार्ग है।

 

जब तुम श्रद्धा से भरे, प्रेम से भरे मेरे पास आते हो तो उस क्षण तुम्हें एक तृप्ति और एक प्यास दोनों का अनुभव होता है। तृप्ति गुरु के सान्निध्य में बैठने की और प्यास पुनः आने की। जब तक साधना करते हो, मंत्र-जप करते हो तो यही भाव एक तृप्ति और एक प्यास दोनों ही साथ-साथ अनुभव होते हैं। यह प्रेम का भाव है। दोनों साथ-साथ चल रहे हैं। मन ही तुम्हें समझा रहा है कि तुम प्रयत्न कर रहे हो और तुम्हारे प्रयत्न सफल भी हो रहे हैं। यह तृप्ति का भाव है और मन यह भी समझा रहा है कि कुछ और भी प्राप्त करना है यह प्यास का भाव है। प्राप्ति की यह प्यास लगातार बढ़ती ही जाती है। यह तृष्णा नहीं, सरसता है। चिन्ता मत करना जब इष्ट से, गुरु से प्रेम होता है लक्ष्य के प्रति प्रेम भाव होता है तो प्यास और तृप्ति समानान्तर चलते रहते हैं। क्योंकि जहां प्यास है वहीं तृप्ति भी प्राप्त होती है और जब तृप्ति होती है तो और अधिक प्यास जाग्रत होती है।

 

जब काम के प्रति तुम्हारी श्रद्धा  अर्थात् अटूट विश्‍वास है तो काम हो ही जाता है। अब प्राप्ति से पहले तड़फ तो रहेगी ही। इस तड़फ का नाम कर्त्तव्य है। इस तड़फ का नाम प्रेरणा है। यह तड़फ ही उत्साह देती है। तुम थक नहीं सकते हो। तुम थकोगे भी नहीं क्योंकि तुम्हारे पास विश्‍व की सबसे बड़ी सम्पत्ति श्रद्धा है।

 

तुम जिस मार्ग पर बढ़ रहे हो वह मार्ग ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ मार्ग है। इसका भाव तुम्हारे मन में आया है, तुम्हारे ही मन में श्रद्धा उपजी है और तुम्हारे ही मन में श्रद्धा पल्लवित हो रही है। इस श्रद्धा की रक्षा करना और श्रद्धा के साथ अपना काम करना।

 

काली क्रियाशक्ति रूप में और लक्ष्मी इच्छाशक्ति रूप में आपके जीवन में अवश्य स्थापित होंगी। आप पूरे धूमधाम के साथ अपने परिवार के साथ साधना करना, पूजन करना। मैं तुम्हारे साथ हूं, हर क्षण, प्रतिपल खड़ा हूं। तुम्हारे घर में क्या, तुम्हारे मन में बैठा हूं।

 

तुम श्रद्धा से भरे हो, मैं श्रद्धा से पूर्ण हूं इसके अलावा और जीवन में क्या चाहिए। दोनों मिलकर एक के बाद एक लक्ष्य सिद्धि अवश्य प्राप्त करेंगे।

Dear disciple,

Blessings!

The festival season is just around the corner. In the coming days,  you will be celebrating Navratri, Vijayadashmi, Kartik Poornima with immense joy and fervour.  As you immerse yourself in the celebrations do remember to take the solemn vows during Sadhana which will lead you to greater success in your life.

Festivals are important in our life. They renew us by banishing our mundane routine.  We feel invigorated and happier while celebrating them. But, amidst, all that merrymaking do remember that festivals are a time to recharge yourself spiritually by performing Sadhanas because the stars are in the perfect alignment. Therefore, it is an auspicious occasion for performing sadhanas which will help you achieve greater success on your spiritual plane.

May all your efforts succeed and your desires get fulfilled!

Why some of your efforts succeed and the rest don’t? If this question has been plaguing you all the while, it is high time you should reflect on the intensity of your efforts. Two factors the desire to win and the commitment it takes to score the goals you have set for yourself determine your success.  To a large extent, these goals define the purpose of your life and give meaning to your existence.

Desires are the fuel on the journey called life. For realizing those desires, we make plans, work harder and invoke the blessings of Shakti. Unless we become energized with Shakti, it will be difficult for us to achieve our life’s goals.

I am proud to see you all striving harder to attain your life’s objectives. Your indomitable zeal and courage are sufficient to overcome all sorts of challenges that stand between you and your life’s goals.

Invoking Shakti during Navratri has a greater significance in your life than celebration.  It is integral to unraveling the shakti chakras – the fields of energy trapped within us and sadhanas hold the key to those energy fields. However, this transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It requires patience and persistence but at the same time, the sadhanas have to be performed with utmost sincerity.

Our devotion to Shakti inspires us to work harder towards mitigating challenges. There is a simple rule of success – the intensity of your efforts, the drive in your hearts will determine it. The fire in your belly comes from your inner inspiration and success is a heady mix of perspiration and inspiration which comes from your faith in the Shakti, your unshakeable devotion towards her.

Beyond the realm of affection, love manifests in your life in myriad forms. When you are imbued with love work becomes a calling, your body is your temple and the Guru is the driving force of your life. All these emotions manifest from love. Devotion does not happen in isolation. It needs the force of love to express itself. Wherever reverence goes enthusiasm follows. You cannot give your 100 percent to a goal listlessly. You have to be enthusiastic about it to allow it to manifest in your life.

What causes reverence? Why do we have reverence for Lakshmi, Shakti, Shiva, and the Guru? The reverence blossoms from your heart. It is a divine feeling and it cannot be taught or planned?

When reverence touches your heart it changes you. Just the way love does with its magical touch. You can neither invite love nor reverence. It is a realization. A deeper form of respect, devotion, and an unshakeable faith.

Love and reverence do not diminish with distance. In fact, distance grows the hearts fonder and increases reverence. I would urge you to perform sadhanas with a reverent heart. Allow the divine love to unfold in your heart when your do sadhanas then you will no longer hanker for the results.

The mere act of doing sadhanas will fulfill you and in this fulfillment lies the key to siddhi.

Often, I feel you get disheartened because your efforts have not borne fruits the way you had planned. However, if your let reverence guide your actions failures will no longer daunt you.

Kartik is an especially auspicious month for Sadhanas. Make the most of it. During Diwali perform Lakshmi Sadhanas with sincerity and reverence. Lakshmi controls our world. When we are in the fold of her grace our world changes for better – our efforts fructify, life becomes colorful and complete.

Most of us confuse Lakshmi with wealth. Once again, I would reiterate that wealth is an outcome of our efforts. Therefore, Lakshmi sadhana acts as a catalyst for the achievement of our life’s goals.

And, what goals have you set for yourself? Your goals are simple. You want wealth to live a complete life. You want to build a cordial relationship with your loved ones. You want to earn dignity and prestige for yourself.

Beyond these worldly goals, I as your Guru would urge you to work on becoming alive and conscious. Your every pore should reverberate with energy. Whatever you do pour your heart and soul into it.

You should try to align your body with the energy fields lying within your body. When the energy trapped within the chakras starts its upward movement the difference will resonate in your body in the form of heightened passion and energy.

Your life’s goals will begin to materialise. Then onwards, success will be yours.

When you visit me I can feel your reverence, your undiluted love to me. Our meeting lasts for a few minutes and it leaves you satiated and craving for more at the same time. You are sated after spending a couple of minutes with the Guru. Yet, at the same time, you crave for more. You want to experience that divine bliss once again. Filled with the longing for the next meeting you part away with me with a joyful heart and a spring in the step.  

The same experience replicates during Sadhanas. Integrating with the Guru unlocks a beautiful experience within you. You become alive and pursue your goals with passion. When your efforts materialise you pause for a bit to let the feeling of success sink in you and then you set a new milestone and pursue it with relentless vigour.

If you are trying to decode success in your life you have to contend with hunger and satisfaction simultaneously. The satisfaction will come with success but it will make you hungry to achieve some more.

This is the beauty of accessing in your energy fields during Navratri. You will no longer suffer from energy stagnation. Stress will melt and you will pursue excellence and success with passion.

Reverence, dedication, passion, and faith in the Guru work in a rhythm. Your work loses monotony and becomes your calling when you imbue it with passion and faith. It is okay to feel restless until you achieve your goal. That restlessness sharpens your focus on your duty. It keeps you motivated and you will have the energy to work tirelessly towards your goal.

Drop aside all confusions. The path that you have chosen for yourself is the right one. On this path, reverence will blossom in your hearts. You have to carefully nurture that reverence throughout.

This Navratri, I bless you all to invoke the energy of Kali to accomplish your goals and Lakshmi to nourish your desires!

Perform festivities in the coming days with abandon and energy. But, do remember to perform sadhanas along with your family. I as your Guru will participate with you in your sadhanas and I am always there with for you in your moments of joy. You are mine and I am yours.

I am confident that fueled with the energy of devotion and trust, you and I will achieve many milestones in the realm of material and spiritual progress in the near future.
