Dialog with Loved ones – November 2017
Dialog with Loved Ones….
Dear Loved One
The moment of union-merger is a very divine moment full of love. The mind is always full of multiple kinds of excitement, questions, doubts, anxiety and turmoil before the meeting. Those vital seconds before the actual meeting are full of senses of desire and hope. This hope-filled anxiety also induces a certain kind of pain within the heart, the moments when we wait with bated breath full of hope. They also provide a unique kind of joy.
When the moment comes for the actual meeting, after the end of this long tumults waiting period; then the joy of meeting extinguishes all difficulties and tensions of the wait. We forget the pains of waiting, during those magic moments of the meeting. We also tend to forget the desires and wishes, which we had thought of during the long wait.
Devotion, prayer, worship – all of these have the same expression of hope. The expectation of hope always stays during the achievement-realization of the objective. The sense of expectation also remains strong, and the enthusiasm enhances, upon realization of the objective. We try to firmly clasp those moments of attainment, we wish for those golden moments to last forever.
What is our life? Living from moment to moment. Every second is discrete, but all these moments are bound together with each other. The divine joy of tasting these billions of seconds of attaining our wishful desires, generates novelty in our lives. Some people ask me the reason for their unhappiness, inspite of achieving everything. I question – What is that which can make you happy? Everyone replies according to their own personality, work and desires. It is mind’s basic nature to try to achieve the unachievable, and to try to retain the achievements for eternity. And I bless thus –
Mantraarthaa Safalaa Santu, Safalaa Santu Manorathaa,
Apraapta Lakshmi Praaptyartham, Praapt Lakshmi Chirakaala SanrakshanaarthaH
What is Mantra? It is the entity which controls the Deities. And these Deities are within your own mind. “Mantraadheenaascha Devataa” i.e. the deities are governed by the mantras. The deities, the Almighty God, residing in your own mind. Mantra is the invocation of that power, the divinity of the deity. I bless that “Mantraarthaa Safalaa Santu…” May you achieve success with your Mantras. May you achieve the desires of your mind. May your wishes be successful. May your wandering mind get a direction, and let that direction take you to the ultimate objective. The achievement of that ultimate objective has been termed as aspiration. The Sadhana is the process of achieving success in our own self by awakening our own inner energy through curtailing thousands of fears within our own mind.
Apraapta Lakshmi Praaptayarthama …
This thirst of unfulfillment is very significant. This expression of unfulfillment generates action and makes us active through multiple karmas. Life becomes monotonous in the absence of this sense of unfulfillment, and we feel incomplete inspite of having everything. It does not allow us to accomplish the “Poornamada PoornamidaH …” in the real sense. This perfection resides within our own inner self and this leads to satiation. There is joy in this perfection. One has to make many efforts and take specific actions to achieve this state. The mind attempts, the body makes efforts, and the union of these twains with our own self, causes our inner life and soul to bless us to achieve self success through our actions, exertions and trials.
Our thirst experiences the divine joy of satiation, at the moment when we start taking actions towards our self success. This mind and body wonders around in multiple directions in absence of this divine goal of self success. It continues to unnecessarily seek this divine elixir outside.
The second fact is even more important – to achieve the unfulfilled Lakshmi and to retain the obtained Lakshmi for eternity. It is much more significant to preserve and protect Her. This word Lakshmi hides gigantic potential within Itself. This Lakshmi is synonymous with achievement of success in our endeavors and goals. We should consistently fill our mind with thoughtful experiences of realization of success in our various desires, endeavors and actions. We ourselves are responsible for our own protection. We need to guard our own self and take concrete steps to ensure our own protection. The protection-conservation of our own inner-joy is the basic duty of our mind, intellect and conscience, and they ought to protect it like the mother earth protects a fragile seedling. Our basic goal is to derive inner joy from realization of our own self. We need to constantly introspect and review our actions-plans within this basic context.
It is impossible to convince anyone in this world. Nothing is this world can convince you. Only your inner self can make you understand and comprehend. This inner self resides in the deep recesses of joy within your mind, along with your own soul. The sensations of these divine vibrations are a totally magnificent experience. You need to capture those vital moments, savor the joyful moments which you have been endeavoring through all of your actions.
You should preserve those joyful moments within your own mind, whenever you experience them. These moments should be preserved and protected from the external turmoil-disturbances.
Many people in this world are trying to keep you away from these divine moments of joy. Let them indulge in their actions. You should continue to preserve and protect these divine moments, the Lakshmi of success, within your inner mind.
The relationship between the Guru and the disciple is highly delicate and subtle. This vital relationship grows through constant dialog between the two souls of the self, hidden within the deep recesses of the mind. This is why, the Guru addresses you as the soul.
Continue to preserve your own self. Continue to protect what you really are. The preservation of these divine golden joyful moments till eternity is your biggest treasure.
