Dear loved one,
Blessings,
I love to have an open hearted conversation with my disciples. You are my greatest assets. When I see your phenomenal love for me, it humbles me. And this love springs from the unshakeable bond of trust that we share. On this journey called life we are inseparable. Together we are traversing and your abundant love fuels my passion and energy. Your affection and love for me is my wealth.
As much as we crave for money, fame and appreciation, they motivate us for a short while. But, love and trust keeps us going even in the most trying times. As long as we have faith in ourselves, we can tackle even the most trying circumstances.
Yet, there are times when our belief falters. And in those hours you tell me that there is nothing much left to trust in the life. Your distress breaks my heart. Yet, I am tempted to ask why you have nothing left to trust? And, whom were you trusting in the first place?
After all, who broke your trust? Have you stopped believing in others? Or, are you doubting yourself? Even if the whole world is pitted against you, you can not let your self confidence falter.
It is okay to get tired during struggles. But, losing your confidence and faith in yourself in the event of failures is just not acceptable because you are my disciple. I am there to support you and nourish you whenever situations will become tough for you. That’s my promise. Moreover, if you have faith in the Shiva, you have to trust yourself because you are an expression of him.
Such is life that successes and failures will keep eluding you. However, failures should not be taken to heart. Rather, view them as stepping stones of success.
Whenever you fail you tend to dis-believe your abilities. You feel that the whole world is conspiring against you and you are alone in your struggles. I agree people can get mean and nasty but how you deal with the failures is entirely up to you.
Most people view life as a battle. But it is not true. Life is a game and like all games, you win some, you lose some. It is quite possible that you might not succeed in the first attempt, but if you are determined you will embrace success. The maze of success becomes easier to navigate for someone who has embraced trust.
Are you wondering whom should you trust? And, for how long? There is a simple litmus test. Follow your heart. It always cautions you when it smells deceit. Listen to your inner voice. It will guide you when the going gets tough.
Always remember faith can move mountains. As long as you trust your Guru and have faith in the Shiva you can bounce back from any circumstance. Think about it, when the sun sets in the evening, we are certain it is going to rise in the morning. This certainty springs from the trust. And it has kept the mankind going since time immemorial.
At times you tell me that you don’t trust yourself, but you believe in the God. I find it a contradictory statement because God lives in our heart. If you don’t trust yourself, you are basically doubting your God. No amount of motivational literature can inspire you if you doubt yourself.
You have got into the habit of seeking validation from others. When you do something, you want someone should approve of it. Too much emphasis on external validation undermines your faith in yourself.
When you trust yourself you get in touch with your inner magic. You start manifesting your desires because you believe in yourself.
Self belief keeps you focused and steady during your struggles. While arrogance revels in taking credit for what it does, self belief is focused on actions.
If you believe in yourself you will feel the presence of God within you. Passion follows self belief. The challenges in life will not intimidate you. Rather, you will inspired to overcome those because you know that the force is with you. I have blessed your endeavours. Success will certainly be yours. Always.
Do remember that I am there to hold you, comfort you whenever you need me. This is my promise to you. For me, all my disciples are my children. And, as a Guru I will not let you down. But, that doesn’t mean, I will guard you against your struggles. You will have your battles and I will not fight them for you. Struggles are essential for evolution. Eventually, when you win it will be a proud and happy moment for us.
I view hardships as a bend on the road. A difficult situation is not the end. Overcoming hardships becomes easier with a Guru. Like a child tugs strongly at his parent’s finger, you need to hold on to the Guru. Only then, I will be able to help you. And, even for a second don’t have doubts in your mind regarding our bond. Even if we don’t meet often our relationship continues to grow stronger.
I am always with you – in your thoughts, in your beliefs, and in your deeds. You have to trust me wholeheartedly. Together, we will unravel the mysteries of life. There will be difficulties, but when we are together the difficulties will be no more than petty interruptions. As we hold the hands of each other and walk together, life will unfold its true nature, meaning and perspective to us. All we need is each other and a generous dose of self belief because the God speaks to us through it!
