अपनों से अपनी बात – January 2016
Dialog with Loved Ones…
Dear Loved Ones,
I talk to you people daily, open my mind to you, and I am glad that you implement my advice, and practice my guidance. It is the happiest moment for a Guru, when His disciples follows His advice, practice it, and try to implement it fully in their life. This relationship between you and myself is a relationship of love, faith, trust and confidence. A relationship based on these four pillars is the only permanent relationship, which our scriptures have termed as the eternal relationship.
This time I would like to talk to the children, dear children, I have published the photograph of Mother Saraswati on the front page of first issue (January) of 2016, which is absolutely attractive in extremely tranquil state. Saraswati i.e. Mother Goddess of Learning, and Learning means – merger of knowledge and action.
I know that your examinations are approaching after two months and everyone must be asking you the same question – How are your studies going on? Your parents, your family, everyone expects and hopes that you succeed in your exams with best marks. There is high pressure from all sides. I also wish to tell you something on this topic.
This time of your childhood, this education time, is the best time of your life. Whatever knowledge you acquire at this time, accumulate within this time, it will strongly drive your actions, and make you educated. You will be able to utilize this wealth of knowledge throughout your life. When you possess this education, you will neither fear anyone, nor ever get into panic. This education will always grant you support and strength. By education, I do not mean only bookish learning and information; rather education means skills; because all the known principals and discoveries are already present in your textbooks in the form of questions; but you will not be able to lead your entire life by just practicing these formula. You will have to find the solutions of impending challenges and problems yourself, through the strength of your own skills and you will certainly succeed by Guru’s grace.
The exams are approaching, but what is the need to get worried about them? You should not treat the studies and learnings as a burden. Keep studying naturally, continue to think and reason, keep analyzing and store this knowledge safely in the center of your brain; once you have stored it safely, then this knowledge will instantly come into your hands (through writing) and your voice, at the hour of test, and you will surely succeed.
Your family members must be advising you that, only two months are left, you have to continuously study day-and-night during these two months, you have to study for ten hours daily. They will also recommend you to completely forget about hunger, thirst and sleep. Only concentrate on your studies. I think that they are giving you excess advice.
Look, listen to me, organize your time like this. You already have knowledge about the exam dates and time left for exams; so study accordingly. Do not come under stress and tension. Study for three-four hours, then take rest for an hour, and start studying again. Do some light physical activities-actions during those moments of relaxation, perform light physical exercises. This will increase your alertness and you will be able to concentrate more on your studies.
Tell me one thing that some people study for ten-fifteen hours and others study only for two-three hours, and even then they remember everything which they read. What is the reason? The reason is that they do not treat studies as a heavy burden; to get good marks in lesser time, do not treat study as a burden, you should rather think of studies as a hobby, to be done with your full mind. This is the golden time of your life. Now look, if you have to climb a mountain, if you have to reach its peak and its height is 1000 meters, then if you wish, you can climb 1000 meters in two days, and if you wish, you can also reach in twenty days by climbing 50 meters daily. The body, mind, everything will be completely exhausted in the first alternative. However, neither your body nor your mind will feel tired in climbing daily, with fun and joy.
The main point is that you should study with interest, you have to enjoy the joy and pleasure of learning. Then plan a regular study schedule and study accordingly. The knowledge will have to come to you.
All the children of all my disciples pass their exams with best marks, and establish a strong solid foundation for their future, this is my aspiration, it is my wish and desire.
I give similar advice to the adults that you have a vast repository of energy in your body. The energy power is imbibed in each part of your body. The Sixty-Four powers are assimilated within you. No new energy will come to you from outside. God has already gifted you all the qualities. You just have to refine these qualities, and polish these powers.
I have provided a special article about Shiva and Shakti this time. Shakti is the natural upward force, it rises up and is always eager to merge with Shiva in the cool Sahastraar expanse. There should be only one objective in all your actions, to comprehend your own sense of Joy, your own sense of Shiva; and to attain it. Your strength and energy will continue to be in chaos, and this pandemonium of intense energy can distract you. Look at the Ganga, look at the Narmada, they continue to flow and run hurriedly through curved-twisted routes. They also encounter obstacles in their path. However the rivers have only one goal, to merge into ocean through any possible way. They do not achieve peace until they meet the sea. Your life is also similar, your energy is running amok in ten directions. Sometimes your energy makes you anxious and worried. Sometimes it gives you enthusiasm, sometimes it makes you angry, sometimes it stands in your path as obstacles; but the root aim of all your actions is only one – to attain the Shiva state; similar to the goal of the rivers, to go and merge with the sea, attain peace and calm.
This is the universal truth that the future is always unknown, so there is always a curiosity towards the future, this curiosity is full of joy. If you learn everything today, then how will you obtain joy in the life. The joy is within the mystery, the joy is within the unknown. This entire journey is from the definite to the indefinite. So keep doing your work with complete peace and calmness. Whatever will happen, will be for the good…. I am always with you ….
